Creating An Online Community For Boeketterie Wassenaar
Boeketterie Wassenaar began with an impressive Facebook community, but was unable to find enough time to share their products & news with their customers and had only a small Instagram community.
What did we do with the social platforms?
By using content we create, improving the bio, stories, maintaining the feed, and introducing shopable social media posts we have been able to inspire customers to visit and order online.
As a result, Boeketterie Wassenaar has been able to engage in a new way with their customers. We have organically grown the community, have maintained a beautiful social media space for the community to learn, engage with the shop, and make purchases.
